Get a Gold Medal on the Easy, Medium, and Hard difficulty setting for an exercise to unlock the Expert difficulty setting for that exercise.
Medals
Reach the indicated brain size to unlock the corresponding medal:
Bronze medal: 100g brain
Silver medal: 200g brain
Gold medal: 300g brain
Platinum medal: 400g brain
Easy Platinum medal
Quit the game four times in less than one minute to automatically earn a Platinum medal.
